PAYMENTS
Orders from schools, colleges, universities and local authorities in the UK: There is no need to pay with order. We will issue an invoice which will be sent once the goods have been dispatched. Payment is requested within 30 days.
Other UK organisations and customers based outside UK: Payment is required prior to dispatch of goods. If required, we will issue a pro-forma invoice.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express cards..
Customers outside the UK can pay with bank draft payments - these should be made in sterling only.
For customers who prefer to make bank transfers, please contact us for bank details.
VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. All videos, DVDs and e-Books ordered by customers based in the UK and the rest of European Union will be charged 20% VAT. Support books are NOT subject to VAT.
Postage and packing is also subject to VAT.
NON-UK CUSTOMERS
If you are a customer based in a country in the European Union you will be charged VAT, unless you have a valid European Union VAT Registration number. Please quote this number when placing your order.

DELIVERY
The expected delivery of goods, following receipt of order, is as follows:
- UK Customers: 5-7 working days. These are sent by Royal Mail First class post.
- Europe: 9-10 working days.
- Rest of World: 12-15 working days.
REFUNDS POLICY
Cancellations of orders are only accepted prior to dispatch of goods. We do not accept cancellations once goods have been sent.
If you receive goods which are faulty or damaged you can return them for exchange at no extra cost.
