Three companies grapple with thorny “people” problems. The viewer is left to work out their own solutions.

1. Unfair dismissal: A boss tells a receptionist off for “being lippy”. The receptionist sues for unfair dismissal. Should the firm take the case to court?

2. Sexual harassment: Debbie claims she's being sexually harassed. Her manager says Debbie is incompetent. What should the personnel manager do?

3. A failing employee: Boss Tony Spence wants to sack a failing salesman. Manager Sharon argues they should try to help him. A meeting leads to an angry clash.
