TV CHOICE STREAMING SUBSCRIBERS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Streaming subscribers are issued with a licence with the following terms and conditions:

1) The content is available to students and staff registered with the organisation only. It is a copyright offence:

a) to share the password with any other organisations or individuals who are not registered with the organisation.

b) to download or in any other way copy the material.

2) The organisation is not permitted to make any charge for accessing the content.

3) Cancellations: we regret that cancellations are not acceptable once the password had been sent. TV Choice Ltd reserves the right to cancel the password if the corresponding invoice is not paid within 45 days of the date on the invoice.

4) UNAUTHORISED / REMOTE ACCESS
TV Choice Ltd monitors the locations from which its clips/films are accessed. In the event of the password being accessed from locations other than that of the above postcode(s) TV Choice Ltd reserves the right to ask the organisation to check that these locations are valid in terms of authorised users (students and staff registered with the organisation) and, if this is not the case, to issue a new password. In the event of substantial remote use of the password which the organisation is unwilling or unable to explain, TV Choice Ltd reserves the right to suspend and, as a last resort, cancel the subscription. In the event of cancellation by TV Choice, TV Choice will refund an appropriate amount of the fee based on time remaining on the password and administrative fees involved in the cancellation, this amount to be decided by TV Choice Ltd at its own discretion.

5) Any infringement of any of these conditions will render the licence invalid and may result in the cancellation of the password.
